yesterday we helped chicky pierce his other side. he wanted snakebites. this time, we went to century square baby care room level 2 to do it.

met at small mac first. went to the bluez to get the needle and stud. then we went straight for the room. chicky went to get a pen from the food court auntie to mark the spot where he wanted the piercing. this time, no blood at all! hubby didn't hit any blood vessels i guess.

in the evening chicky texted hubby to say his piercing heal completely already but i reckon that isn't possible. lol. anyway glad he's happy with it. we didn't intend to charge him but he, being very auto, gave us like.. six bucks?

this is the type of people i like, not those BUAY ZI DONG kind.

ARGH! DAMN THIS FUCKING BLOGGER!
i took a hell of a time uploading the photos and video. the video is in the other post. hubby and i took about 40 photos but since this damned and cursed site is so screwed i shall only upload ten.
uh huh, a very happy new year to you and you and you! i was at marina bay watching the fireworks this morning, watch until neck cramp! high up in the sky, but really pretty! the government is so rich eh. before that we went to pierce chicky's lip, the other side, play snooker and pool, went to my old house, walk around town, and finally wait for 2009 together with a few thousand singaporeans at marina bay, after that we sat at the fish pond below my house to chat.

haha! wah i tell you i wanna complain ah, baaaaaaasket! alot of indians or banglah, they are so too much! hubby and i and some family came early to get the good places, but those people came at the last minute and tried to squeeze with us. then this chinese mother just say blatantly "why don't we move infront if they don't wanna move?" because hubby and i were sitting down and we couldn't move further front cos some guy's ass would be in my face and this old man stuck his feet out. i was so pissed that i was shaking and hubby have to calm me down, otherwise my fist would be buried in that woman's face. then some father, i think it's that chinese bitch's husband, was saying loudly, "go behind lah! you all come late still wanna get good place!" damnnn funny. he was angry those stupid indians squeezed right in beside us and apparently kept pushing his son. haha. i hate those indians and banglahs that were there. stink like shit and most of them really selfish. hubby say they go in swimming pool water become milky/chalky/cloudy. big sized and just shove around. even those indian women were fat and some of them act like they were the major race there. don't believe? try going for singapore's next firework display and you will understand.

amanda texted to say she isn't going at the very last minute!

i asked her what is our grading pattern, she told me 3 and 4. then i was like huh! sure bo. when hubby and i went ws library for awhile, i was busy calculating to green belt will get tested on what. in the end i got a little worried, and decided to go.

only six people turned up. sha, xx, yj, sandy, joseph and i. i'm happy i went today. now i no need to worry about my poomsae and basic kicks. and sir let us try sparring today! she gave me a girl, younger than me, i think she's only 12! but she is higher belt level than me. i scare i hurt her, so i go easy, somemore its my virgin sparring session, in the end i kena kicked in the tummy above my navel and my shin! owwww.. lol. heng she never kicked my navel. later the stud become embedded in the flesh.

hubby is DAMN NICE. he actually sent me all the way to hougang, stay there wait for me, then fetch me home together. he saw me spar and when class is over he ask me, why so slow de. i noob ma! haha. sparring is fun! he say let me be my punch bag. aww. he's ma teddy, not punch bag!! i love you hubby! hubby go learn muay thai/ judo! :D

just found out tkd chalet TOTAL CLASH with class chalet! gasp* i have a great idea. since class de is dte and tkd is aranda, and i'm closer to class, i shall stay with class during the day and run over to aranda to sleep. heheheheheheheeeee.....

chicky wants his third lip piercing done tomorrow over at the mall in the baby room, so you guys can expect another piercing video soon. this guy is seriously another bod piercing freak! i used to be one, but kinda tired of it now. i've stopped getting pierced. but i've never regretted doing any of my piercings. even if they left beautiful scars, like my eyebrow one. i think when i get my first wrinkle on my skin, i still will not regret piercing. the next generation of old folks will be the hippiest ever! haha.

had econs tuition.
went hubby's house.

hmm and so. remember the other time when junjia went to pierce his tongue, chicky went to pierce his lip as well? but it was gone because the stud fell out while he was sleeping and the piercing closed. so he asked hubby and i to do it for him. so after my tuition, i went to his house. chicky came soon after. we got everything ready and i was telling hubby, "get him ice, the pain is so pain, it is so pain." but the silly thing is hubby's house no ice! wow man. my house must have ice because i love cold stuff, ice cream, ice popsicles, mochi, cold drinks etc. so the closest we could get to is evain ice mountain mineral water, COLD. we went to the handicap toilet to do it. hubby was the one doing the piercing, i'm just there to facilitate the process and offer an extra pair of hands. cut the long story short...

i didn't mean to cut it off so early. good thing i captured the climax before the screen flashed "memory low, would you like to delete some items?" -.- and we kept dropping the ball. the tiny ball to secure the stud. imagine drop on toilet floor.. in the end we took a new ball and screw in that one. as for bleeding, he did bleed. how much? mmm. reasonable amount. and this chicky abit siaodingdong, he's so enthu, he ask me whether can use one needle to do 2 piercings. means he wanna snakebite la. then i'm like nooooooo cos the needle is 1 use nia. contaminated ma. brave la he, clap claps* so in the end he only do 1 side, the one which he lost. do liao then he go his friend's house i go home cos i wanna do arenes. i mean it!

X'mas 2008 SUCKS.
why?

hubby and i had a bad quarrel to usher in our 2nd month and x'mas. cool huh.
sis tiong not happy, i not happy. cheer up sis!
fucking broke. mummy only top up $50. she not happy i buy cue that cost over $200 and thinks i spend money too fast and dunno how to save.
stress and worry over the pile of homework i have not done.

went to snook at safra.
realised that i left my phone at safra when we just reach cityhall.
called the uncle there and he said he found it and kept it for me till i return.

so i'm phoneless now! don't reach me through phone for the time being until further notice. i'm so damn lucky. i just can't seem to lose my phone, never once! i can't believe it man, everytime when i thought my phone is gone forever, it would be found. the other incident was when i left my phone outside sch library shelf and someone return it to the librarian for safekeeping. k i'll stoping jinxing myself now. ha!

uh mine isn't pink. mine is full black, identical model. it's actually a break cue and i'm thinking of changing the tip. and i bought it for just over $200 @ theQshop. reasonable, considering brand, shop, quality, design, etc. didn't listen to the guy's advice and buy predator because i'm just a starter, compared to all the good players out there. so i just get a cheap one first. bought a red chalk also. now i shall search online for cue case and i've to buy a babycloth to wipe my new love.

today - pool
first, hubby and i went to the Q shop because we have the intention of getting our own cue, since we play so often and we wish to improve. at hand i currently have only $200 which my mum just top up for me yesterday, so i could only get a low-end cue. but the guy there recommended us predator, a high end cue which entry cost is a whooping five hundred bucks! shall visit monster cue on x'mas. see what the other shop says. then went to SIA sports group to play snooker and pool with hubby's friends. my first snooker game and i only score a pathetic 13 points. hubby score 40 points more than me. i got to play pool with 2 of his friends. i think the first is johnathan and the second is kenny. both were good games. we all played well. :) they left first for dinner while hubby and i continued for awhile more before leaving for east point. had LanJiaoSai before coming home.

went to hubby's house to study lo. today alot of residents at his condo damn f-ed up sia. first we sat at a pavillion. then some senile old people, must be BLIND, sat amongst us and began chatting loudly. what the! so we shifted. went inside the club house. people were setting up for some occasion. then they brought out a big sign "PRIVATE EVENT". seeing that, we 'palm to head' and shifted to another pavillion. after some time near the evening, 2 women brought their stupid baby and sat at our pavillion. nub: the baby was scream-crying.

at the first pavillion we saw a lizard. relatively big. so i gave it a name: fatfat the lizard!
hubby say its fat cuze it just eaten. hubby so smart, you know why? after awhile fatfat de hind legs paralysed, it got to drag itself using its remaining 2 front legs. poor thing. it just got poisoned! lizard's body so small, poisoning effect should be very quick. so hubby caught it and i took pix..

met up with tiong sis today. wanted to study but i didn't even touch a note and only taught cass how to do 2 math Qs. pathetic man. we actually decided to meet @ WS but changed venue to SK (sengkang). went to eat MOSburger. their cheese burger is quite nice! just realised that. she brought her friend. i couldn't catch her name. it was a rather unique name, starting with 'E', from simei ITE. nice girl. we went to coldstorage to buy food supplies then cabbed to her grandma house and she cooked for us. nice culinary skills. i should learn how to cook for hubby too. ^^

3. Toilets
both are good. no complains. nothing to compare.

4. Food
the funny thing is, both of them have KFC and pizzahut and the typical shop that sells tibits and usual "singaporey" food within the premises. must fight until so close meh?!

did i miss out anything? maybe i would conclude that WWW is a branded one while JESC is a cheap but good good. haha. but hubby and i still think both have too little rides le. we only spent on average about an hour plus plus in both? yep that's about it. :)

now i need to remember what happened a year and plus ago...

1. Why i got a navel pierce.
At that point in time, i already had eyebrow, tongue, septum, nose, ear piercings. I wanted more and i thought the next common type of piercings i could get was the navel? Also, i won't say i have the figure (i'll leave it to you to say for me HAHAHA), but at least i'm not some round ball that others will say a navel pierce look wasted on, right? Lastly, walking past tattoo palours, piercing shops, Xcraft, 77th street etc, and finding so many pretty navel studs, just gives me the incentive to get a navel pierce more!

2.The process.
went to tm, xcraft.
look for ady. the guy with the harry potter specs. cos i want him to pierce.
i had jocelyn's company.
chat with ady for v long about the navel pierce.
choose stud. its a diamond-covered one.
i went inside the counter to get pierced.
applied cream. dunno for what. numbing?
ady clam VERY tight shi0. tight until get stomach ache! i still can remember!
he asked me not to look, ahbo will seh (faint)
i ask my mum and she say its natural body reaction when you see yourself getting hurt long enough, i think.
pierce alr, pay money and off we go.
but its damn not straight! v angry.
but it's been a year plus and i play it straight alr.
finish! (long story short)

3.Is it painful?
only the clamping. it is really very tight. so tight that i couldn't really feel the needle going through. so the pain is only from the clamping, not from the piercing. if you get your friends to do it for you without clamps then i guess it will hurt, alot. or it might not. can't really comment on this area because i don't have experience piercing without clamps for body piercing.

4.Aftercare.
bought a big bottle of blue liquid (disinfectant) from the pharmacy. to wash the wound everytime i bath. no seafood. no lying on my tummy during that period of time. no touching it. no tight tops. the thing bled a little when i poked it for fun. lol. otherwise, not much of a hassle.

5.Aftermath.
if you read my other earlier piercing posts, you will know that my father gives no sh*t about them. its always my mommy. i was stupid enough to ask her whether i could have a navel piercing, knowing i will never get her consent. after asking her, my navel caught her attention everyday. damn! and that period was stressful enough because of o'levels, i didn't need more. i held off the idea for quite some time, until i decided that it was now or never. mum didn't find out till days or weeks later, couldn't remember. she tried to rip the stud off, as usual, and i had to play catching with her. -.- she accepted it after a few hours later and gave me a box of alcohol swabs to clean the wound (she's a nurse btw). then i felt bad for disobeying her. :S

6.Recommended?
if you are a girl and think you have that good figure, must get it. when i hit the beach and see good looking girls without a navel pierce, i'll think "what a pity." fine it isn't compulsory duh, but if it makes you look better and you feel good with it, why not? the price, a two-digit figure depending on where you get it, will be money well spent. so far i haven't heard of people regretting doing a navel pierce. there are also alot of good girls out there who only have 3 piercings, 1 on each lobe and a navel pierce! but..

GUYS! THIS IS NOT FOR YOU! DO NOT DO IT AT ALL COST!
7. Take note.
Y its navel pierce, not naval pierce.
Y navel piercing is a surface piercing, so it is prone to rejection. so request for it to be deeper to offfset the outward migration.
Y very likely you will have to remove (sacrifice) it when you become pregnant next time.
Y my mum says it is dangerous because the navel is near to one of the body's main blood vessel.
Y once you have it, the onus is on you to take good care of it until it seasons (not heal).

better appreciate this because i took precious time off to write it!
that's all of my knowledge of navel piercing up there.
but i may miss out things now so this post will be revised and updated.

slept at his house this afternoon. we both slept. he's a little sick. poor ♥BF. having a little cold. get well soon ok!!! i played opposing force on his steam until 1 part kept hanging - unplayable. game bug i think. gave up and went to sleep too. lol. when we woke up it's already evening. went to loyang point to get our dinner and went for snack-shopping at ss. ♥BF was saying how cool it would be if we were both staying together. can go to school together, study together, do EVERYTHING together. haha.

imma total IT noob. but just before i bought my lappy, here are a few comments i gathered here and there about the brands out there in the market (FOR LAPTOPS).

others, i dunno liao. but roughly like that la. i'm using a compaq Presario V3000 and i think it's a real darling still, even though the keyboard still screwed-up. the CSS (customer service center) also rocks. i forgot to bring my warranty card and panicked. but because i registered my lappy before he say nvm, no need. and he repaired my keyboard there on the spot! dunno la, just very impressed. ^^

made a new friend today. he's in TPJC and his name is chicky. cute ehs~ he looks so guai but he smokes and do all sorts of bad stuff which i don't think should be made explict here. but he's a really nice guy and as an ex-TPJCian for PAE2008, it's a pity i didn't get to know him and junjia then. sososo, met jj @ cityhall. waited for chicky to arrive, then we headed to Ink by Finch. jj and chicky went out to smoke as much as they could first because i advised against them smoking during the healing period. the tattoo shop was really crowded and small so hard to shift my ass around. someone was doing his tattoo and his friends were waiting around. chicky went for his lip piercing first. saw quite some blood man. then jj went for his tongue piercing..

if you can't watch the video you gotta tell me alright?
jj didn't bleed much. just a tiny bit. his positioning is just perfect too. i see le, not too front, not too back, not too left, not too right. JUST NICE. seems like Ink by Finch is certainly a good place to get your piercings done, or to be more precise, tongue piercings that is. according to jj, his didn't hurt too. he was telling us that he was quite surprised that it really didn't hurt, considering the gauge of the needle, it's length, and morely, it's SHARPNESS.
since we were at peninsula, hubby and chicky went to get some skinnays. hahaha. hubby got a red one (because i have) while chicky got a grey one.

mummy wants to buy me a new phone. so does hubby's mum. we decided we shall get same model but we haven't picked yet. any recommendations?
when i get a new phone with new cam, i'll snap alotalotalot of photos and post it up. :)

POOL IN THE SKY

we stayed in town to play pool. ok i know the title sounds ridiculous but... sorry i can't disclose the location because i don't think my friend wants it to be made known.
hubby malu today sia. he was on the phone with sherman when he shouted to him in the phone (because the area was noisy), "I'M AT ONE RAFFLES QUAY."
oh yes. i forgot. this was how he pronounced it: I'M AT ONE RAFFLES KWAYYY
with all the english-pro people at raffles place, i think they must be 'ROFLMAO' when we passed them. lol. at first i tilted my head to a side because i think it sounded funny. but jj and chicky started laughing in front and i followed soon after. hubby also laugh at himself.

we went up to the 34th floor to play. cool huh. can see singapore flyer and most of the CBD. damn cool. take the lift my ear wanna burst sia, cos of the pressure. total have 65 floors. the lift reminds me of the willy-wonka lift in charlie and the chocolate factory.
if you don't know who is charlie and you don't know about the chocolate factory, you have a DAMN SAD childhood life. lol.
play awhile then zhao. hubby headache. hope he's fine. :(

Peninsula 2nd floor. can tell they got skill cos they pierce for hubby damn perfect. mine the position is also in line with the 1st tpierce, both top and bottom. not easy okay, to get it in line. the only problem now is the two tpierces are damn close to each other and i hate it. i swear once it season i'm going to hook it at my teeth and play it more to the tip man, although the person at the tattoo shop say that's the most front it can go otherwise i'll have a very big problem talking. i just went to search for people with double tpierce and most of them are the same as me, both damn close to each other.. but still, i don't think its nice. either i do a third one or play in to the tip.

woke up at 1 plus today after sleeping at 3am. so shiok. i remebered few months ago i could only sleep for at most 4hours. poor thing right. cass reached whitesands at 3pm. i went down to look for her. bought the piercing needle and the gold stud. then went to basement to buy her shortcake at four leaves. after that she came up to my house and we did the piercing. she was very nervous at first but i kept telling her not pain. actually its VERY PAINFUL to pierce septum okay but how could i add oil to fire. the needle haven't pass through fully and she told me to STOP. but i understooded because its really fucking painful. and her tears just ran like tap water. its not crying its just that the nose is sensitive and connected to the tear glands. this is why when you cry your nose will run as well. at first the barbell can't go through but after i went to bathe and come out she managed to get it through. congrats sis. ^^
went to whitesands. cass was hungry. i didn't have appetite. asked hubby to come down. went to cityhall - peninsula - Ink by Finch to get out thangs done. the tattoo shop was quite small but size doesn't matter. i let hubby do the tongue piercing first because its better to get it done sooner, watching someone go through it while waiting for your turn can be antagonizing. lol. but i don't feel anything because i've done it before and i know its not painful. i watched the guy pierce for him, beautiful. one shot. clean cut. no blood. the position is perfect. he still can talk properly. and he doesn't feel anything.
ME? damn suay. history repeated itself. so i was next. i really didn't feel scared at all. if i'm scared i'll say. not scared because i assured myself it wouldn't hurt, it really didn't for my first anyway. hubby picked a black stud. i picked a gold one. mine ar. damn jialat luh. firstly, i feel that he didn't clamp my tongue hard enough. so i could feel the needle going through and its PAIN ok. fuck. but the pain is really bearable so i didn't mind. the moment it went through i could smell the stench of blood and feel its sharp taste. the guy wipe my mouth and when i saw the blood-soaked tissue, I KNEW IT. oh god. oh fuck. he gave yanhao and i this chemical to rinse our mouth. the blood was beginning to build out in my mouth. heng the toilet was near. i ran to it and spew the blood out. damn bloody, the sink, my face, and cass was very disgusted. hubby just came into the ladies cos he scare i faint or what. lol. the piercer was also quite worried i think and he was waiting outside the toilet. too bad can't take picture cos my phone spoil and no good phones around. very sorry to my blog viewers. but i damn pissed off with the position also because its so close to my 1st one. so i told hubby and cass..

cass also touched up her tattoo. she say the guy do for her damn choloh so damn pain. but can see that she keep bleeding at her star there. she say the needle keep poking the bone.

left cityhall and they went back to my house to get my lappy then we went to whitesands mac. cass wanted to study and asked hubby and i to teach her while i needed to do my I&R. lol. and because my 2nd tongue piercing is a little front i can't talk properly. i wanted to buy fries. but i told the woman, "can i have small flies." oh god. i think she thinks i'm crazy. and others..

for the benefit of people considering tongue piercings.
actually i wanted to write this post after doing the double tongue tip piercing. but it seems like i won't be doing it anymore. holidays are ending, and i don't wanna be kicked out of my jc for it. haha.
alright what shall i say first. perhaps why did i decided to have it? well. at that time i thought it was kinda cool, and the many different types of tongue jewellery they have for tongue piercings was so so pretty, i knew i gotta have tongue piercing to wear them. after 1 week when i first thought of tongue piercing, i did it.
fash eh? impulsive decision. that was because my O'level oral exam was one month away, i needed sufficient time for it to heal mah. so on the 9th of july 2007, i dragged my choir junior tessandra to xcraft in tampines to do it after school. i remembered in the bus along the way there she told me her friend tingzhen wants her to stay away from me because i'm bad influence.
i was so angry. angry because who is she to judge me huh? she's not fit to judge me because she's almost like a stranger to me. and mgod, her f*cking traditional thinking of piercings = liansxz, bengsxz, gangsters, gangstress and not people with just interest in body mod. lastly, tess isn't her's and have her very own freedom to choose her friends, whether or not she succumb to my "bad influence". i think her class has stronger and badder influence than i do lor. i can't stand such things. so stupid that it irks the shit out of me.
i was hoping A.D. (the guy with the harry potter specs) could do it for me, but he wasn't in. so the female did it. i wasn't as nervous as i was when i did eyebrow piercings, because i knew it wouldn't hurt. hollow needle piercings don't hurt a single bit if done properly, but the clamp does.so i went in and sat at the counter, the girl prepared a boiling water bath for the clamp and piercing needle. she sprayed my tongue with something, and asked me not to swallow first. after a while my tongue felt funny. it felt like the surface was kind of.. contracted? because she only sprayed the top surface of my tongue, so that's where the thing took effect. the chemical tasted almost bland, but yet there is a hint of bonjela (ulcer medicine) taste, if i remembered correctly. she asked me to swallow everything, and then to open my mouth. after that she clamped my tongue, real tight. and shove the needle in from bottom up. she screwed in the plain silver barbell and it's done! at that time, my mouth was holding a mouthful of blood. by right, it should not bleed if done correctly. go to youtube and search for tongue piercing processes, no blood is involved. A.D. came in and saw my tongue piercing. i only opened my mouth slightly or else the blood would spill out. he saw my bloodied tongue and tried to show me that nothing was wrong, yet i could she that he's masking he fact that something was indeed wrong. as i've said, the girl's skills are mediocre. i rushed to the toilet, with tess running after me, and released the bright red blood into the basin. i let the remaining blood drip down from my mouth, tongue hanging out, body bent over and head tilted sideways. the queue in the toilet was long and everyone was staring at me. tess was a real good help by getting me paper towels, a cup of ice. i really needed her at that time because i was a mess and a clumsy ass. my tongue was beginning to swell and hurt. i had to suck on ice. bought a bottle of mineral water to drink to stop myself from spitting. i could still talk normally. good. i didn't want my family to find out first. my tongue was hurting so bad. i felt so frustrated. i knew i could just remove the barbell and stop the pain but what was holding me back was sixty f*cking bucks. i thought my tongue would not stop bleeding and i would just drop dead bleeding in tampines mall's toilet. but it did stop. the pain and swell continued. i couldn't even stick my tongue out far. if i stretched it, it will start bleeding. when i spit, my tongue with the barbell feels funny. when i slept, i propped my head up with my pillow and bolster so that it decreases blood flow to the tongue (gravity works). i couldn't even eat. i thought it was forever. i had to lie to mum and granny that i had a stomach ache and can only take porridge. you should have seen how i ate my porridge. usually i only take five to ten minutes at most. with the swelling of my tongue, i had to tilt my head up, sideways, scoop the porridge and pour it into my cheeks, without contacting the tongue at all, otherwise it will add to the swelling pain. i ate real slow, and i took nearly 1 hour to finish only half of it, then i was so so angry that i didn't want to eat anymore, even though i was still hungry. (poor me!) :( the funny part was granny came out half an hour after giving me the porridge, saw that i haven't eaten most of it and said, "what the hell have you been doing?! one plate of porridge also take so long to eat! like hospital patient! want me to feed you is it, big baby?!" lol. it would be funnier if you saw the real thing. well i think this is still nothing compared to how i ate in school during recess the following day. i went to the canteen and walked back and forth still undecided what to eat, or just drink only. big headache. ended up buying a pandan cake and a packet of water, and sneaked back to class to eat. i tried to stuff the panda cake in my mouth but once it touched my tongue.. ow. now how am i supposed to eat it! well, 'smart' me had a dumb idea. i pinched out a bit of the pandan cake, squished it into a disgustin' green ball the size of moth balls and threw it into my cheeks. even then, i was still slow. when recess ended, i only finished one quater of what i bought. sheesh. jocelyn and shermeen was with me, and they maintained the "oh my god" look while watching me eat. haha. can see that they were really disgusted. i had to sneak in the remaining 'green balls' during lessons. when i went home i ate ice-cream, yoghurt to fill myself. i thought the pain would go on forever, and might die. lol. but i felt more at ease when i read internet articles that the pain and swell is only temporarily and to eat cold, slushy food to numb the swelling. but saturday was approaching and i knew that daddy will order pizza home. shiat. how to eat pizza with my tongue like that! to my relief the swell and pain was almost gone on the third day after i pierced it. after that it just got better and better. i'm glad i held on and didn't remove the piercing. :-D
now, most of the time i don't feel anything in my mouth, and is not reminded that i have a piercing in my tongue. when i eat, i don't feel the barbell at all, and can eat normally. i never had speech problems, from the time just after i pierced it till now.
after piercing don't just leave it, must take care of your little baby! buy anti-bacterial breathspray and listrene from ntuc/watsons/guardian to keep your mouth as clean as possible. smokers should try not to smoke for the time being, and those with stead, no kissing! NO ORAL SEX AS WELL. :-P
i'm not encouraging tongue piercing here. these are the few negative things i heard.
-barbell kena swollowed/enters windpipe during sleep and you will choke/suffocate and DIE
-the tongue is directly connected to the main bloodstream, so it is dangerous
-get heavy metal poisoning
-chipped teeth
-receeding gums
-body sensitive to certain types of metal, get a bad reaction.
-higher risk of getting tongue cancer later in life
-other complications
how true are all these, i don't know. but the adults say, its not neccesary, don't do it. don't risk it, don't play with your life.
but life is full of risks isn't it? ;)

EYEBROW PIERCING
(should have everything you wished to know)

I LOVE&MISS MY EYEBROW PIERCING!
this was my very first piercing using hollow piercing needle. actually before i did this i was stagnant with ten piercings, because many people, especially my mum and relatives, kept begging me to stop. i did my third piercing (helix/cartiledge) in primary6. if you think thats early, i had a friend who already did nose piercing in primary6. i did mine in sec2. :) after piercing for 3 years, i got sick of it. so sec3 stagnant. no piercings i think. didn't even bother wearing studs or sticks. anyway, what triggered my obsession with piercings again was one day i was out at bugs when this lady/woman- she isn't chinese. look a bit like malay.. whatever~ lol. not important. she had a vertical piercing beside her eye. thats not eyebrow piercing. i don't think there's even a name for it. must be D.I.Y.ed. anyway. i went back home and lying on the bed, i found myself thinking about it. was a crazy idea to me at that time. i mean it looked so dangerous, plus there were rumors that there are nerves around the eye that controls face muscles, later the face paralyse, cannot move eyebrow, or worse, blind permanently. but rumors are rumors, and if you wanna do it, get a good piercer. please don't bother about the price. ex abit more jiu ex abit more la. would you rather pay less for something which is done badly and regret, feel frustrated about it and waste more money doing it again or pay abit more for something which is eye candy? i did mine for $40 at tampinese xcraft. i won't ever go there to do piercings again because i don't see any cert and they're kinda inexperienced, although they're really friendly but sorry, if you're bad, you're bad. i think i'm qualified enough to judge them because i did my tongue, navel, nose and some ear piercings there too, and i think they're bad because i wasn't happy with my piercings, except for eyebrow, which was shortlived. so what ya' think? back to the topic. so i toyed with this idea because i didn't have the guts to do it then. it was only when i went into the shop and probed about it and the uncle (long hair wear specs)said.

"don't peep!" but i did anyway. a slit was opened throughout. well if it was you you most likely would peep too. i thought of the worst things that could happen: a big sharp swollen pain, blood flowing freely down my eye, open my eyes only to be engulfed in darkness, etc. paranioa. thats the common misconception. she took the piercing clamp, looks like what you use for BBQ. lol. but its true. then she see i sooo scared she say, "when i count to three the needle will go in okay?" 123 lor. lol. what did it feel like? nothing! my thoughts were damn exaggerating compared to the real thing. okay in more detail: the clamp was already quite painful but still tolerable because she squished it damn tight, and locked it. and so i could only feel a needle passing through with almost no stinging/sharp pain. swear/sumpah okay? many people said i was lying. i'm not! fine there are people who experience excruciating pain during the procedure. but not me. lol. feeling differs with each individual anyway. please be aware of this and don't come scold me if you experienced something different/worse. i watched tabTV the episode on body arts and they say as long as its done properly by an experienced piercer it shouldn't be a problem. yeah so i left the shop a very happy person. because the angle/alignment is just perfect. but because i didn't know how to take care properly plus the girl used a straight bar plus my VP is a slut thats why its gone now. :( a few bitches sure very happy one. ;) so jian right, xing zai le huo. use a curved bar/banana bar. INSIST ON IT, PAY MORE, NEVERMIND. TRUST ME. :) use straight bar will just have higher chance of rejection. because it will push against the flesh inside. and it will have an unsightly bump where the bar is underneath. if you think: the flesh tunnel is curved, entering the skin, then u-turn out. so curved is most suitable. more-ever for eyebrow you can't keep changing the jewellery. if you really wanna change, at least just change the studs/balls, and keep the bar inside. some people use CBR (captive-bead ring) but i don't think its good because higher chance of the jewellery knocking into things. my vice principal is one female b*tch. got b*tch contest she wins hands down. don't need to be detailed in this besides i mentioned it before but she personally told me if i don't remove 'that thing'/ see it again i would be expelled. why i'm so angry? firstly, she just got her position and she's trying to show off her powers, abuse her authority. catch people sibei hardcore, catch dao di. juniors reading, take note ok. secondly, what motherf*cking business is it of hers to probe into disciplinary affairs? if it was beanerd who told me the exact same thing, i would still be angry, but to a lesser extent. and lastly, i don't think i deserved to be expelled for such a small issue. so b*tch hor. :)
i washed my piercing with saline solution everyday, abstain from seafood, eggs, chicken. didn't help because you should see how clumsy i am and the way i sleep.

for eyebrow, i got into the deepest shit okay. she scolded but didn't beat. i'd rather she did. if you were me, which would you prefer, beating, or ripping? lol. we played catching and she tried to rip off my eyebrow piercing. she didn't care. she just want it off my face. but like all other piercings eventually she gave up and LIVED WITH IT.
